Who we are

Thrakis Kinitro (Motivate Thrace) Social Enterprise (Thra.Ki.) founding team consists of a small group of young people, each one having a different specialization, but all of them sharing the willingness and enthusiasm to create new development structures and the vision for social benefit and common interest.

 

The second decade of the 21st century is characterised by globalization of the economy, low development rates, increasing unemployment and shrinking of the welfare state, all of which are challenging the existing models of development. The difficulties deriving from the ever bulging fiscal limitations have crucially affected the public sector as regards traditional employment opportunities and welfare, thus necessitating new forms of common interest services. 

 

The goal of a social enterprise is -by operating profitably and independently- to suggest creative and sustainable solutions to the challenges an area has to face, by taking into consideration the common benefit as well as serving social interests.

 

As for as we are concerned, employment opportunities respecting the man and his/her particularities, social assistance and placing the individual and labour above any profit consist our stepping stones and our fundamental principles.

 

The consultancy-development social enterprise 'Thrakis Kinitro' can offer the following services:

 

- Participation to co-funded projects proposals and finding partners

- Managing and implementing  co-funded projects and programs

- Drafting studies and local action plans of a social nature

- Organising promotion events (meetings, workshops, conferences etc.)
