Meeting with the Municipality representatives of the Regional Unit of Rodopi

Thra.ki. was the facilitator of a meeting between the Network of the Social Cooperative Enterprises of the Region of East Macedonia and Thrace and the representatives of the local authorities. The two sides discussed the cooperation prospects regarding welfare services that could be enhanced with the support of social solidarity economy factors. They discussed good practices and examples of cooperation between local authorities and Social Enterprises in Greece especially regarding the implementation of framework or social reference contracts for the improvement of social services provision. That was the first of a series of meetings to be held in the Region of East Macedonia and Thrace.
